End-User License Agreement

1. Acceptance

By installing or using the Node Laboratories QuickBooks Online MCP Server ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

2. License Grant

Node Laboratories grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms of this EULA and the MIT License included with the Software.

3. Permitted Use

• Use the Software to access your own QuickBooks Online company data
• Integrate the Software with AI assistants for personal productivity
• Modify the Software for your own internal use

4. Restrictions

• You may not use the Software to access QuickBooks accounts you are not authorized to access
• You may not resell or sublicense the Software as a standalone product without modification
• You may not use the Software in ways that violate Intuit's Developer Agreement or QuickBooks Terms of Service

5. QuickBooks Integration

The Software integrates with QuickBooks Online via Intuit's official OAuth 2.0 API. Your use of QuickBooks Online is separately governed by Intuit's Terms of Service. Node Laboratories is not affiliated with Intuit Inc.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Node Laboratories makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Node Laboratories be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Software.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the Software and revoking OAuth access.
